This map highlights the recording done by FracTracker Alliance and volunteer participants for the field day of the Lycoming Creek watershed project.  These photos fall into three categories, including:

Name:  LightHawk Aerial Imagery
Date:  May 2021
Source:  FracTracker Alliance, with aerial support from LightHawk
Notes:  These photos were taken by FracTracker's Ted Auch aboard a flight arranged by LightHawk.  In addition to providing a different perspective and scale from ground-based photographs, these photos are critical in this area for capturing infrastructure that is inaccessible due to foliage as well as the numerous roads that are closed due to oil and gas related road blocks.  There are 23 aerial images included in this layer.  The subject matter of the photos was reconstructed based on content and location.

Name:  Mobile App Submissions
Date:  2014 to 2021
Notes:  These images were captured using the FracTracker Mobile App.  Although the majority of the 98 images were taken in April and May 2021, a few of the images date back to 2014 as a part of previous investigations in the area.  The subject matter of the photos was recorded on photo logs or reconstructed based on content and location.

Notes:  These photos were taken by FracTracker Alliance staff members and volunteers as a part of the field day investigation of Lycoming Creek watershed.  This layer includes an additional 81 images that were captured on cameras or mobile devices but not through the FracTracker app.

Notes:  Lycoming Creek watershed is a drainage at the HUC 10 level of detail that drains into the West Branch Susquehanna River.  This is the geography of interest for this project.  The hydrologic code is 0205020602.
